Today there were two stories on the Front Page of Huffington Post dealing with actions to ban 12-week abortions and/or impose actions of women seeking abortion that in fact make it almost impossible.  In the past week we have heard about states approving regulations that will effectively close down clinics that offer abortion.  These same states strongly oppose any other government interference in the personal lives on their citizens.  Do they not see the hypocrisy?  These same sponsors will rail against those in other countries who do not hold to the rule of law – who decide to pick and choose those rules/laws that they will follow and disregard those that they don’t.  What do they consider these efforts to bypass the law that guarantees the right of choice to women by making abortion impossible even when it is legal.   So if you can’t make it illegal you just make it almost impossible.   Hmmmmm.
